Prices are shown at the time of purchase and may change. Gift cards, prepaid packages and memberships are subject to the validity periods and terms shown when you buy them. Memberships renew automatically on the schedule shown at signup until cancelled through your account or by contacting us.
Text messaging program
By providing your mobile phone number you may opt in to our text messaging program. We send messages about appointment reminders, schedule changes, account notices and occasional relevant announcements. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe; reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
